THREE PILLARS

These three pillars act like warp threads, through which a weft thread — moving back and forth like the development of a project — gradually materialises a section of an organisation’s tapestry.

The distinctiveness of TLT’s support is also expressed through a more creative and transversal journey. This more visual and instinctive way of approaching projects enables a broader, more fluid and agile perspective than one confined to strict functional silos or to numbers alone.

It is about integrating and facilitating each step, from design to weaving, from advisory work to on-the-ground execution.

VISION

STRATEGY

Any organisation that wishes to last must take the time to put its mission into perspective. Much like a human life journey, it must understand its “heart”, nurture its “body”, and keep its eyes on the horizon—imagining its path beyond what is immediately visible.

In practical terms, strategy is the thinking and the energy devoted to expanding the scope of that vision, so as to remain ever more agile, consistently coherent, and responsible when pursuing opportunities aligned on the horizon.

Examples of deliverables:

  • Consulting :

    • Mission & Vision

Formalising the organisation’s purpose, mission and unique contribution, expressed in a clear and motivating way.

    • Strategic direction

Defining a 3–5 year direction: ambition, possible trajectories, guiding principles and success criteria.

    • Roadmap

A 12–24 month roadmap structured around workstreams, milestones, owners and dependencies—turning direction into action.

TLT regards an organisation’s Vision as the essential foundation of all action.

  • Field :

    • Mandate / Steering

Multi-level governance follow-up to maintain agility, coherence and accountability in execution.

ORGANISATION

TACTIC

When strategy has been defined, the next step is its concrete articulation. This crucial tactical phase provides the momentum and cadence required to run the circuit defined by the “heart”: the Vision.

It’s the major part of an organisation’s life : The middle pillar. And knowing, with precision, which route to take and which energy to deploy is the key to freeing up enough room for reflection and manoeuvre to refine the other two pillars.

TLT is committed to making this balance between strategy and operations as fluid as possible.

  • Consulting :

    • Direction into an operating model

Clarifying roles to turn strategic direction into a concrete way of operating.

    • Tactical roadmap

A prioritised operational action plan: workstreams, milestones, owners, dependencies, resourcing and sequencing.

    • International development

Framing country/segment priorities, defining the deployment model, adapting operations, and execution planning (governance, standards, partners, risks).

Examples of deliverables:

  • Field :

    • Immersion & observations

Shadowing, real-life journeys, friction points, operational “moments of truth” + an actionable synthesis.

    • Simplification / arbitration

Reducing meeting time, standardised formats, templates, removing duplication.

    • Onboarding

Induction journey, reflex guides, key standards, manager training.

IMAGE

OPERATIONS

An organisation’s image reflects its present moment and its intent. It must, on the one hand, satisfy teams and clients/users and, on the other, enable them to fully benefit from the experience offered—internal or external—at every moment.

It must be clear and well defined, so that clients/users and teams share a common understanding and enthusiasm, in order for the organisation’s mission to be fulfilled.

TLT helps its clients to reflect on and shape this image, and to carry it through in the field.

  • Consulting :

    • Diagnostic

A review of client/user and team perceptions, and the gaps between the intended image and the actual experience.

    • Platform

A clear, articulated and shareable image: pillars, mission(s), tone.

    • Mapping

Identifying the key moments where the image is made or broken, and prioritising touchpoints.

Examples of deliverables:

  • Field :

    • Operational standards

A set of simple, observable standards to ensure consistency.

    • Field deployment & steering

A 10/30/60+ day plan, follow-up rituals and indicators to embed the image in day-to-day execution.

    • Brand ambassador

Promoting the brand in front of the end customer/user.
